Wearing the Device

Sleep analysis can also be performed by purchasing ActiGraph’s ActiSleep analysis program, which is part of the Virtual
Trainer, web-based, analysis software. Formulas for this tool were developed by Dr. Avi Sadeh. Department of Psychology,
