Fatboy® product information Edison the Giant:
Edison the Giant is a floor luminaire suitable for indoor and outdoor use containing a 2-tone LED light.
The light source contains LED modules emitting 2700 K (warm white) and 5000 K (cool white) light.
The tone of light smoothly changes as desired by turning the label and the brightness can be adjusted
in 3 steps. The luminaire is protected IP55 rain and water spray proof. For more comfort the
luminaire is equipped wit a Bluetooth module, which can be controlled by the Fatboy light control
App.

When using outdoor use portable luminaires, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following.

Instructions:
- Place the luminaire on a dry, horizontal surface. Uneven floors can cause the
luminaire to fall and cause damage to it.
- Do not expose the luminaire to excessive heat from heat sources.
- When using,outdoor or a wet location,use only on Ground Fault Circuit

Interrupter (GFCI) protection circuit or receptacles. Keep plugs and receptacles dry.
- Check the voltage of your power supply. The voltage must be between 100 and 240
VAC.
- Make sure the power plug is connect properly to a power socket.
- Keep the power socket away from rain or spraying water.
- Do not leave the luminaire outdoors during extreme stormy weather conditions.
- This luminaire is not a toy. Keep children away from the luminaire.
- The external cable cannot be replaced by the consumer; in case the cable gets

Instructions for use:
Note: Carefully assemble the parts as illustrated in the installation guide. The shade should
be aligned with the red Fatboy label facing to the front and the power cable facing to the back.

- The red colored Fatboy label controls the light:
- Starting position: the l luminaire is switched off.

Pull the label once: the light will turn on at 33% brightness.

Pull it a second time: 66% brightness.
o
Pull it a third time: full brightness.
o
And at the fourth time the light will turn off.
- Turning the label left or right will change the color tone.
- The complete change between the two color tones takes 2 x 360 degrees turns.

Using the Fatboy light control App:

- To connect your Edison the Giant:

Turn on the Bluetooth on your device.

Pull the label and hold it for approximately 6 seconds until the colour of the light starts
to change.
