-  Please make sure the cable doesn

’t get damaged. It would be recommended to check it 

once a while. 

-  When not in use for a long period of time we recommend to store it indoors.  

-  Use a dry or moist cloth to clean dust or dirty spots. 
-  Do not use pressure to clean. Dirt spots should be cleaned gently to avoid scratches. 
-  Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, benzene, or abrasive substances. 
-  To avoid damaging the lamp, do not remove the shade for cleaning. 

The bottom plate has come loose: 

-  Make sure the cable power plug is disconnected from the power socket. 
-  Use the hexagon tool to tighten the single screw at the bottom. 

The rubber protectors under the bottom plate have come loose: 

-  Make sure the cable power plug is disconnected from the power socket. 
-  Try to attach the protector back to the bottom plate with a non-corrosive glue. 
-  Do not use protectors of different heights as it may cause the luminaire to become 

unstable and causing damage. 

The lamp doesn

’t respond to the Fatboy light control application: 

-  Check to make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on. 
-  Check to make sure your phone is within range. The Bluetooth range reaches up to 30 

meters. 

-  Another phone can be connected, but it is only possible to control the lamp with one 

phone connected at a time. To switch phones, turn off the Bluetooth on the connected 
phone. 

IMPORTANT! Please contact your fatboy dealer if you have any other problems. 

This luminaire contains a LED light source, which cannot be replaced by the end user and 
shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent. When the light source 
reaches it

’s end of life, it shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent. 

If the power cable is damaged do not try to repair it yourself and it shall only be replaced by 
the manufacturer or his service agent.
