The cable pipe can come from either the wall (internal pipe) or the bottom 

(external pipe). 
To install the reader on a wall mount:

Determine an appropriate mounting position for the reader. 

Make sure that the space is large enough to mount the reader on the 

support and close the Torx screws. See the dimensions in
