Return to Clock 

Touch the Clock button in the upper left corner to return to the Clock Display 

Today – For Families and Caregivers 

Touch the Today button to see and play today’s reminders. On the Today screen, touch the < and > buttons to scroll 
through recent days. 

Start or End Day – For Caregivers 

If you are a Caregiver, touch the Start or End Day button when you start your day to review the day’s tasks. You will 
need to enter your login PIN to get started. At the end of your day, touch the button again to make sure all tasks are 

complete and file your end of day report. 

Care Tasks – For Caregivers 

Touch the Care Tasks button to see all the tasks for today. You can mark them complete throughout the day and 

replay any tasks to review the instructions. 

Message Center – For Caregivers 

Touch the Message Center button to securely chat with the Agency office or other members of the care circle.  

Notes – For Caregivers 

Touch the Notes  button to review and create notes that can go to the family and Staff.   

 

Photos – For Families and Caregivers 

Touch the Photos  button to start a slide show of all the photos that have been sent in reminders. You can stop the slide 

show to look at any photo up close. 

Settings 

Touch the Settings button to access the advanced settings for the device.
