Volume
Touch the + button increase the volume and the – button to decrease the volume. When the volume is at the maximum
or minimum, the + or – button will be gray.

Rosie can be muted, placed in silent mode so that it does not play any sounds, from the Mute button as well as from

Serial Number
The serial number for the clock is displayed in the lower right corner of the Settings Screen. You may need to read
this to your Care Manager if there is a problem with the clock’s configuration.

Reminders
When it is time for a reminder to play, regardless of what else you may be doing on the clock, the reminder will pop
up and fill the screen. If there is a photo, it will be displayed. The audio message will play repeatedly for as many
times as was configured on the Circle Settings page in the application.

To acknowledge the reminder, touch the Reminder Off button. To turn off the reminder by voice command, wait for
the single beep after the reminder audio has played and say “Reminder off”. The clock will listen for “Reminder
off” for a short period. When it is no longer listening for the voice command it will play two short beeps. If you
miss the listening window, or the clock does not understand you, you will need to either touch the reminder off

Troubleshooting
Instead of the time, I see WAIT
If you see WAIT instead of the time, your Rosie has not been fully configured by your Care Agency. Contact your
Care Manager and they can finish the configuration.
