2.4.4 Withstand Voltage 
        The power supply is capable of withstanding a maximum 2200 VDC   
        potential between the input and ground for a period of 1 minute. 
 
2.4.5 Catastrophic Failure Protection 
        If a component failure occurs, the power supply will not exhibit any of   
    the following: 
                *    Flame 
                *    Excessive smoke 
                *    Charred PCB 
        *  Fused PCB conductor 
                *    Startling noise 
                *    Emission of molten material
