•  Immerse the thermopad in a bowl of hot 

water and let it warm to the optimum 

temperature (Fig. 1).

•  Dry the thermopad with a cloth or towel (Fig. 2).

•  Insert the thermopad into the sleeve 

supplied (Fig. 3).

• Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 4).

•  Place the thermopad in the refrigerator 

or freezer and let it cool to the optimum 

temperature for 24 hours (Fig. 5).

•  Alternatively, immerse the thermopad in a bowl 

of ice water (Fig. 6).

•  Insert the thermopad into the sleeve 

supplied (Fig. 7).

•  Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 8).
Cleaning and storage

Before you use the thermopad for the fi rst time 

and after each use, gently clean the pad in warm 

water with some washing-up liquid. Do not use a 

brush, scourer or abrasive cleaning agent. • You can 

clean the sleeve by hand or in the washing machine 

at a low temperature. • Store the thermopad and 

sleeve in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and 

out of the reach of children.
Safety tips and troubleshooting

Do not heat the thermopad in a microwave.

• Do not use the thermopad without the sleeve 

provided. Never put the frozen thermopad directly 

onto your skin. • Do not put the thermopad on 

damaged skin. • Do not use the thermopad while 

you are feeding your baby or while expressing milk 

with a breast pump. • If the thermopad becomes 

damaged or appears to be leaking, stop using it 

and throw it away. • Do not swallow the contents 

of the thermopad. • After freezing, the gel inside 

the thermopad has a snow-like appearance. This 

is normal. The gel in the pad returns to its normal 

condition in a few hours. • If you have any concerns 

about using the thermopad, please consult your 

doctor or midwife.

След замразяване гелът в термо- възглавничката 

изглежда като на сняг. Това е Български

нормално • След няколко часа гелът се връща

в нормалното си състояние • Ако имате 

съмнения относно използването на термо-

възглавничката, се посъветвайте с вашия лекар 

или акушерка. 

•  Ponořte termovložku do nádoby s horkou vodou 

a nechte ji ohřát na optimální teplotu (Obr. 1).

•  Osušte termovložku textilií nebo 

ručníkem (Obr. 2).

•  Vložte termovložku do dodaného obalu (Obr. 3).

•  Položte termovložku na prs (Obr. 4).

•  Vložte termovložku do ledničky nebo mrazničky 

a nechte ji vychladnout na optimální teplotu po 

dobu 24 hodin (Obr. 5).

•  Případně vložte termovložku do nádoby s 

ledem (Obr. 6).

•  Vložte termovložku do dodaného obalu (Obr. 7).

•  Položte termovložku na prs (Obr. 8).
Čištění a skladování

Před každým použitím včetně prvního jemně 

omyjte termovložku v teplé vodě pomocí mycího 

prostředku. Nepoužívejte kartáč, chemikálie nebo 

abrazivní čisticí prostředky. • Termovložku lze 

mýt ručně nebo v pračce při nízké teplotě.

• Termovložku a obal skladujte v chladném a 

suchém prostředí, mimo dosah dětí. Nevystavujte 

přímému slunci.
Bezpečnostní tipy a řešení problémů.

Neohřívejte termovložku v mikrovlnné troubě.

• Nepoužívejte termovložku bez dodaného obalu. 

Nikdy nepokládejte zmrzlou termovložku přímo 

na pokožku. • Nepokládejte termovložku na 

poškozenou pokožku. • Nepoužívejte termovložku 

během kojení nebo odsávání mléka odsávačkou. 

• Pokud se termovložka poškodí nebo se zdá, že 

prosakuje, přestaňte ji používat a vyhoďte ji.

• Nepolykejte obsah termovložky. • Zmrazený gel 

v termovložce vypadá jako sníh. To je běžné. Gel 

se během pár hodin vrátí do původního stavu. • V 

případě pochybností ohledně použití termovložky 

se poraďte s lékařem nebo laktační poradkyní.

Rengøring og opbevaring

Før du anvender termopuden første gang, og 

efter hver brug, skal du rengøre den forsigtigt i 

varmt vand med lidt opvaskemiddel. Undlad at 

bruge skrappe rengørings- og skuremidler og 

børster. • Du kan vaske hylsteret i hånden eller 

i vaskemaskinen ved lav temperatur. • Opbevar 

termopuden og hylsteret på et køligt, tørt sted 

uden direkte sollys og utilgængeligt for børn.
Sikkerhedstip og fejlfi nding

Opvarm ikke termopuden i mikroovnen. • Brug 

ikke termopuden uden det medfølgende hylster. 

Læg aldrig den frosne termopude direkte på 

huden.• Læg aldrig termopuden på beskadiget hud.

• Brug ikke termopuden, mens du ammer dit barn, 

eller mens du udmalker mælk ved hjælp af en 

brystpumpe. • Hvis termopuden bliver beskadiget 

eller ser ud til at lække, må den ikke anvendes, 

men skal smides væk. • Indholdet af termopuden 

må ikke sluges. • Efter frysning ligner gelen inde i 

termopuden sne. Dette er normalt. Gelen i puden 

vender tilbage til sin normale tilstand efter et par 

timer. • Hvis du har bekymringer omkring brugen af 

termopuden, så tal med din læge eller jordemoder.
