98  •    Command Reference 

 

Use this command to toggle the Monitor-Mode ON or OFF. 

The Monitor-Mode exclusively displays input or output data of the connected 
node. Outputs cannot be activated.  

Activation of the Monitor-Mode entails deactivation of the Control-Modes. 
If the Monitor-Mode is activated, the symbol next to the menu item is framed 
and the symbol in the tool bar is displayed in color.  

When you exit WAGO-I/O-CHECK, the Monitor-Mode will be deactivated, 
if still active. You will be asked to confirm the interruption of the connection.

<Ctrl> + <Shift> + <M> 

Use this command to change the describing name of the node. 

WAGO-I/O-CHECK opens a dialog box for the input of a new node 
description text. 

Press the OK button to save the new description and close the dialog box or 
press the C

 button to close the dialog box without saving.
