Logical OR

Rdest = Rsrc  |  ( unsigned short ) imm16 ;

OR3 computes the logical OR of the corresponding bits of Rsrc and the 16-bit immediate

value, which is zero-extended to 32 bits, and puts the result in Rdest.

The condition bit (C) is unchanged.
