Exclusive OR

Rdest = ( unsigned ) Rsrc ^ ( unsigned short ) imm16;

XOR3 computes the logical XOR of the corresponding bits of Rsrc and the 16-bit immediate

value, which is zero-extended to 32 bits, and puts the result in Rdest.

The condition bit (C) is unchanged.
