Chapter 7 Move a monitored patient
Welch Allyn Acuity Central Monitoring System
To arrange a patient move from a wireless Propaq CS monitor
1.
From the main menu, touch SETUP, ACUITY, PATIENT.
2.
Take one of these steps:
•
Select NEW ROOM to move the patient to a new room within
the unit, and then select the new room.

Select TRANSFER to transfer the patient to a different unit, select the new unit,

(Optional) Switch a wireless Propaq CS monitor to a
hardwired connection:

Connect the Acuity System network cable to the Acuity
System network connector on the bedside monitor.
