Heart rate (HR)

For patients being monitored for arrhythmias, 
the HR value is derived from the arrhythmia 
library instead of from the patient monitor.

2. Upon alarm if open space is available OR replaces a non-alarming Waveform Window

are the factory default alarm limits of the patient
