Modulation switch on delay after POR (0 = 192 Tc; 1 = 8192 Tc)
„
Inverse Data:
Data uplink is performed inversely when activated (default = not activated)
„

Allows a general data protection (default = not activated)
Note:
If the selected settings are not supported by the reader, a warning message is displayed before the config-
uration is executed.
5.3.6.3.2 AFE Option Setup:
In the Analog Front-End (AFE) Option section, the behavior of the transponder can be influenced in
terms of damping and modulating during downlink and uplink operation. Selected parameters are sent to
the transponder by clicking the Write AFE-Option Set Button. Default parameters that are needed for
Basic Mode are indicated in bold.
„
Clamp Voltage:
Clamp Low, Clamp Medium, Clamp High
„
Soft Modulation
No Soft Modulation, One Pulse Weak, One Pulse Strong, Two

„
Lock Block 0:
Setting this bit locks the whole configuration block of the

transponder. Once locked, the configuration can never be

changed. Use this feature with care.
Note:
Changing the setup of Write Damping or Downlink Protocol has an impact on the write timing. For later
reconfiguration, if the write timing is not known, configuration will not be possible.
