(c) When using the RIRD command
This is used only when reading to the D75P2-designated buffer memory.
When the RIRD command is used, the master module buffer memory is
used for the control data size transmission buffer, and the master module
buffer memory is used for the read data size reception buffer.
When the RIRD command is used, the master module buffer memory is
used for the control data size transmission buffer, and the master module
buffer memory is used for the read data size reception buffer.
