S: Return the DOS Terminal to the Compose Buffer Display
Expanded Function S is a message that returns the DOS terminal to the display of the compose
buffer.

When the DOS terminal is either in standby mode or displaying the receive buffer, this function
causes the DOS terminal to immediately display the contents of the compose buffer.
