The LocalIOCfg parameter is used with Operating Mode. It specifies that the local I/O port will be 
barcode or aux data. 

Valid options:  

Barcode, AuxIO 

Default setting: 

Barcode 

Parameter may only be modified by a user with an access level of 2 or 3.
