Dialin Setup Command
 contains the command the RAC sends to
incoming modem ports before the first user connects to a port.

Dialout Setup Command
 contains the command the RAC sends to
all serial device ports before they becomes active. This
command should contain all configuration information required
for the RAC to initiate an outbound call. For example, it should
disable the auto-answer feature and enable modem connect
messages. You can enter up to 80 characters.
Revert to default modem values
 displays default values for a
modem when you changed the default definition.
Editing and Creating Modem Definitions
The Annex Manager modem database consists of modem definitions
stored in the RAC configuration file and in
include
 files. Annex Manager
Setup mode provides:
The
Modems
 section of the RAC configuration file. The RACs
you select must use the same configuration file on the same host
and must use the same address for current and default boot
hosts. The configuration file does not have to reside on the
same host as does Annex Manager.
Any
include
 files referenced in the accessible RAC configuration
files. These
include
 files contain the Annex Manager default
modem definitions.
References to
include
 files must follow modem definitions
in the configuration file.
