The call count display will be automatically deleted, if the list of callers is
requested with the 

 key. You can see the list of callers by pressing the arrow

key .

The phone book is used to keep names and numbers of personal and general
contacts. Under general contacts, you will find everyone on the phone system
where your phone is registered. On the phone you can only organise your
personal contacts.

When the phone is idle, press the 

 key twice. The following will be

displayed:

In the phone book, you can search for a contact, scroll through the entries
or make a new entry.

You can search for personal or general contacts. Proceed as follows:

1. When you can see the display illustrated in fig. 12, press the 

 key to

choose “Find”. You can also press the phone book key 

 when the

phone is idle. In the display you will then see the two options: “Personal”
and “General”.

2. Pick the one you want with the arrow keys 

 and confirm with the 

key. If there are no personal contacts, then a message will appear “Pers.
phone book empty”. If there are any entries, then the following display
will appear:
