These release notes provide information specific to BlueScale

®

 Encryption and the 

Endura

™

 Decryption Utility (EDU). Use these notes in conjunction with BlueScale 

Encryption User Guide, P.N. 90940012. 

This guide describes configuring and using BlueScale Encryption for the Spectra T50, 
T120, and T950 libraries. It also provides information on using the EDU software utility 
to restore data encrypted with BlueScale Encryption.

The BlueScale Encryption interface for the Spectra T50, T120, and T950 libraries has 
been tested using these browsers: IE6, IE7, and FireFox 2.0.

The following Linux software has been tested to run on the EDU host: Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux running kernel 2.4 and 2.6.
