AutoSend Profiles One AutoSupport profile must be configured with the AutoSend

Responding to Hardware Health Maintenance Notifications
When a component reaches the maintenance threshold, a Maintenance Notification
icon displays on the status bar (Figure 39).

Follow these steps to review the Hardware Health Monitoring notification and send an
AutoSupport log to a contact person.

1. Log into the library with superuser or administrator privileges.
2. If not already completed, configure the mail recipients who should receive
AutoSupport information. At a minimum, configure SpectraGuard Technical
Support as a mail recipient if you want the library to email AutoSupport ticket
requests to Spectra Logic.

The default AutoSupport user (autosupport@spectralogic.com) is
dedicated to opening support tickets. It cannot receive auto-generated
messages. Any configuration settings that send messages to the default
