Remote Access Using Remote Library Controller (RLC)

Do not start and run more than two (2) RLC sessions simultaneously.

Upgrading Firmware
Certain firmware package upgrades may cause the Power Control
Module (PCM) to fail with a timeout. If you encounter this problem,
reboot the library and retry the upgrade.

Upgrading Firmware in a Multi-Frame Library
When updating the firmware in a multi-frame library running
BlueScale10.0.4 or earlier to the most current release, you must use an
special advanced firmware update procedure to first update Frame 1, and
then update the drive expansion frames. Failure to follow this procedure
will cause the upgrade to fail.

When accessing the library remotely through a web browser, do not use the

key on your keyboard when making selections or entering information in any of the
