The default AutoSupport user (autosupport@spectralogic.com) is
dedicated to opening support tickets. It cannot receive auto-generated
messages. Any configuration settings that send messages or files to the
default AutoSupport user are deleted unless they are specifically requested

When using the Microsoft iSCSI Software Initiator, Spectra Logic
recommends using a maximum block size limit of 64 Kb. When block sizes
larger that 64 Kb are used, the driver breaks up the blocks into 64-Kb
