  New and Changed Information for CTMS Release 1.9.3
Condition: When the endpoint with the quality Highest Detail, Better Motion: 1080p or Highest 
Detail, Good Motion: 1080p, the meeting's quality should be downgraded respectively. Instead the 
quality of the meeting is directly downgraded to Q3.
Workaround: None.
CSCum61027
Symptom: Poor voice quality from audio-only participants.
Condition: Calls are using g.711 as the voice codec.
Workaround: Use the g.722 codec instead.
CSCun25413
Symptom: The second CTS participant hears cracking noise only when the WebEx caller speaks.
Condition: Participant joins WebEx meeting using One-Button-to-Push or audio call-in number.
Workaround: Put the CTS endpoint on hold and then resume the call.

Fixed Caveats
The following caveats were fixed in CTMS release 1.9.3:
: After video is downgraded for a meeting, endpoints that join the meeting late are not 
downgraded.
: SIP dial-out or ad-hoc calls on CTMS disconnect 32 seconds after connecting.
: Back-to-back participant dialout API requests fail.
: DSCP settings ignored for endpoint coming off of remote hold.
: When user dials the wrong number, CTMS displays the error as Audio Only Media 
Received. Call terminates.
: SNMP commands missing from CTMS 1.9 and CTS-Manager 1.9 CLI.
: The first of two concurrent meetings has echo and video pixelization.
