Purpose
This guide documents the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (Unified CVP) reporting
functionality and the reporting server.
It explains:
How to deploy Unified CVP report templates with the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center
(Unified IC) reporting application.
The templates that are installed by Unified CVP for import into Unified IC.
The reporting database schema.
Reporting best practices.
Audience
This guide assists Call Center managers, Unified CVP system managers, Cisco Unified Contact
Center Enterprise system managers, VoIP technical experts, and IVR application developers.
The expectation is that readers of this guide have a general understanding of Unified CVP and
Unified IC software and are familiar with the installation, setup, and configuration of both.
