Passwords
A password is optional for Desktop Administrator. By default, no password is required.
If a password is configured, you are prompted for the password when you select the
Call Center 1 node. The password is not specific to one user, but must be entered by
anyone trying to access Desktop Administrator’s functionality.

To set up a password:
1. In the navigation pane, select the Call Center 1 node.
2. Choose Setup > Change Password.

3. Leave the Old password field blank, and enter a new password, type it again
to confirm it, and then click OK.
