If you use your own icons, when applied to a button the icon file is written to Directory 
Services so it is available to all instances of Agent Desktop. 

Custom icons must meet the following specifications.

■

ICO format

■

16 × 16 or 32 × 32 pixels

■

up to 256 colors

1. Choose the button whose icon you want to customize.

2. Click Customize Icon.

The Choose Icon dialog box appears (see 

3. Choose an icon. 

The icon is displayed in the Preview area.

You can also click Browse to navigate to another location if you wish to use 
your own icon. 

4. Click OK. 

The button is displayed with the new icon on it in the button list.
