Configuring Broadcast Statistics
There are many agent and skill group statistics available (see list of available
agent and skill group statistics, below) for broadcasting purposes.

Every Siebel employee belongs to a particular configuration.
Statistics to be broadcasted to Siebel agents or a group of agents can be configured
