ISG supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 service selection and provides selective routing of IP packets to
destination networks on a per-subscriber basis. ISG has an interface with web dashboard (SESM), which
enables users to select the services they are interested in, or push the policies for the session. RADIUS
protocol is used for communication between ISG and SESM. The RADIUS packet sent by SESM to ISG
has defined command codes.
