If you have Cisco Security Agent (CSA) 5.0 installed on your computer and you attempt to run Install
Wizard 4.5 (setup.exe) for the Cisco Aironet CB21AG or PI21AG wireless client, you might encounter
one of two conditions that prevents the completion of software installation:
