Device ID has to be unique within Cisco 
Configuration Engines namespace.
Create a unique device ID within the Cisco Configuration 
Engines namespace.

Bulk upload edit fails if the device name is 
different from the Event. 
To update only the configuration template, do not specify the 
parent attribute in the bulk upload CSV/XML file.

Device name and unique ID has to be the 
same for IMGW to work.
When creating IMGW device, ensure that the device name 
and the unique ID are the same; otherwise, the device will not
