VodSm - Configuration Page
This page allows the operator to configure operational parameters for VodSm.

The AdminState provides operator control over the
application. The allowed states are InService,
OutOfService and Release.

ClientSip Timeout
The ClientSipTimeout indicates the timeout period for
client session-in-progress messages. If the application
software does not receive a session-in-progress message
from the client device within the timeout value, the
session and associated resources are released.

The default value is 10 minutes.
Configuring the value to 0 causes the application
