To create the Where clause, click in the fields as follows:

•

for Column, select

Service.SkillTargetID

from the drop-down list

•

for Operator, select

from the drop-down list

•

for Value, right click, select Arguments. Then select and paste

Step 4

From the InfoMaker toolbar, click Return. This opens the Graph Report
Generator wizard.

Step 5

Select Layout as follows:

At the first Graph Report Generator dialog box:

Click the drop-down arrow for Category and select

service_enterprisename.

Click the drop-down arrow for Value and select

service_real_time_callsofferedhalf

–

Click Next.

At the Define Graph Style dialog box:

–

Enter Calls Offered in the Title field.

Select 3D Pie for the graph style.

Click Next.
