Access Lock Screen Settings: 

1.  From 

 Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap 

 Settings. 

2.  Swipe left or right to display system, and then tap lock screen. 

You can lock the screen instantly, or it will lock automatically when the screen times out. You 
can set the length of time the screen remains lit after the last touch or key press with the Lock 
screen time out setting. 

To lock the screen instantly: 

►  Press the Power/Lock Key. 

Unlock the screen to access your phone’s features. 

►  Flick upwards on the lock screen. If you have a password set, enter the password. 

Status icons at the top of the screen display show the phone’s status. 

Display the Status Icons 

The status icons appear on the lock screen, and you can display them any time. 

►  Swipe your finger down from the top of the screen.
