1.3.1 The SpeedTouch™180 as Access Point

Proceed as follows:

Open your web browser and go to
http://10.0.0.140

Enter “admin” in the Password box and click LOGIN to access the management
interface.

Select Access Point and click Apply.

Your SpeedTouch™180 restarts.
Wireless settings

Once the SpeedTouch™ has restarted, continue with the configuration of your wireless
settings:

On the LAN menu, click LAN Settings.

Configure your SpeedTouch™180 with a static IP address in the range of your
network and click Apply.

Wireless network
configuration
If you want to:

Create a wireless access point for your network or Internet gateway:

Configure your Wireless clients with the same wireless settings.

Disconnect the Ethernet cable from your computer and connect it to your
