If the "CPU Cooling Fan Malfunction Protection" function is enabled, BIOS will monitor CPU cooling fan speed immediately. 

If the cooling fan speed is lower than (500) RPM or failed, the system will shutdown automatically to protect CPU. You also can 

set the "CPU shutdown temperature" from 55

o

C to 70

o

C by 5

o

C stepping. When this function is enabled and BIOS detects CPU 

temperature is over setting value, the system will shutdown automatically, too. 

There are situations where the system is shutdown automatically by these two CPU protection functions and you need to bring 

back the system to operating mode, just simply press the <F10> key continuously while the system is doing POST (Power-On 

Self Test) to disable these two functions.
