Read and reply to an e-mail message

Select Menu > Messages > E-mail > Inbox.

Display the desired message and select Options.

Select Reply to reply to an e-mail. Select Original text to include the original message 
in the reply or select Empty screen.
When replying to an e-mail, first confirm or edit the e-mail address and subject; then 
write your reply.

Select Options > Send e-mail > Send now to send the message.
`E-mail menu folders
Your phone has the following folders in the E-mail menu:
Inbox—for saving e-mail messages that you have downloaded from your e-mail account.
Outbox—for saving e-mail messages that have not been sent if you have selected Send later 
(see “Write and send e-mail” on page 37).
Deleted items—for e-mail messages that have been deleted.
Sent items—for saving e-mail messages that have been sent.
Drafts—for saving unfinished e-mail messages.
Archive—for organizing and saving your e-mail messages.
Options for an e-mail application
Select Menu > Messages > E-mail, and select one of the following options:
Connect via—activates the network connection settings for your e-mail function. 
Select Application to activate the settings that are used for the e-mail application or 
select Default to confirm that your e-mail function uses the same settings as your 
browser. See “Key in the service settings” on page 84. Contact your e-mail service 
provider for more information.
Details—displays additional information about the application.
 • VOICE MESSAGES
The voice mailbox is a network service. For more information, contact your service provider.
Select Menu > Messages > Voice messages, and select one of the following options:
Note: You can also press and hold the 1 key to call your mailbox. This shortcut is 
available with the keyboard open or closed.
