Advanced diagnostics:
This feature is to be operated through the SATcase APP.
To access this feature the Smartphone and SATcase must be connected via Bluetooth. Then
go to options within the App and select advanced diagnostics. Once the tests are completed, a
list of statuses will appear next to each individual feature tested. This will highlight any
failures and actions to solve issues.
To rectify the highlighted Issues, call SATcase customer service.
