If the message includes an attached file, select 

the file indicator or filename and press VIEW 

(for an image file), PLAY (for a sound file), or OPEN 

(for an object such as a Contacts or calendar entry 

or an unknown file type).

conversations

If you get a lot of messages from many different 

senders, you need a way to keep track of all of these 

messages and your responses. 

Conversations organizes your messages into conversation 

strings that you can follow quickly and easily.

  

From the home screen, press the messaging 

key

v

, then scroll to Conversations and press

D

.

Tip: You can also go to Conversations from the home 

screen by scrolling to 

g

Messaging and 

pressing

D

, then selecting Conversations, or by 

pressing Main Menu >

g

Messaging > Conversations.

Your phone shows a list of contacts and/or 

numbers who have sent you messages. 

The list is ordered by how recently you received 

messages from the senders. The most recent 

message sender appears at the top of the list.

Scroll to the message sender you want.

When a message sender is highlighted, you see 

the date, time, and subject of the last message 

you received from the sender.

Press Options to view these options: Reply, Delete 

Conversation, Delete All Conversations, Save to Contacts, Go to 

Messaging.
