[F4 (FX4)] Effect 4 Send
Channel settings for the EFFECT 4 Bus. Sets the Effect Send
Switch, the Send Level (0-127) and panning.

FX1 (Effect Insert Switch)
This sets how the effect is connected in the mixer.

This adjusts the level of signal (-42 dB to +6 dB) sent to the
effect. The default setting is 0 dB.
