Select [Reply To] on the [E-mail 
Options] screen.

Enter a return address. 
Or, enter part of a target name, 
and then select the hand-glass 
icon at the right side of the entry 
field, to search Address Book. For details on the search result screen, refer to 

Select [Save].

This feature allows you to send S/MIME-encrypted e-mail.
To use this feature, you need to specify an e-mail address associated with a certificate 
that supports encryption. For more information, refer to the Security chapter in the 
System Administration Guide.
NOTE: This feature is displayed only when [E-mail] is selected on the All Services 
screen.

Select [Encryption] on the [E-
mail Options] screen.

Select an option.

Select [Save].

Off 
Does not encrypt e-mail.

On
Encrypts e-mail.

This feature allows you to attach a digital signature to e-mail.
To use this feature, the machine’s e-mail address needs to be associated with an 
appropriate certificate. For more information, refer to the Security chapter in the System 
Administration Guide.
NOTE: This feature is displayed only when [E-mail] is selected on the All Services 
screen.

Select [Digital Signature] on the 
[E-mail Options] screen.

Select an option.

Select [Save].
