“AS IS” BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE
SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY
