If you want to view your Digital TV recordings on your computer, you will have to install software that can read 

videos in MPEG-2 TS format (.TS extension). One possibility is the VLC Player (www.videolan.org).

5.3  dIsCOnneCTIng The flaP anTennas

You might need to remove the flap antenna system, for example if you want to connect the car antennas or your 

home antenna to your ARCHOS.

On the left side of the antennas, push the plastic tab outward and then up to disconnect the antenna con-

nector.
On the right side, push the plastic tab outward and then up, and remove the flap antenna system (see pic-

tures below).
