Nortel VPN Router Installation — Hardware Options
This section provides instructions about adding a second DIMM to the VPN
Router 1750 or, if necessary, replacing an existing DIMM.

To install or replace a DIMM:

Shut down the VPN Router 1750 using the Web GUI or the CLI, and then

Remove the front bezel from the chassis, and then remove the chassis from the

Attach the antistatic wrist strap that was shipped with the VPN Router 1750

If you are replacing a DIMM, remove the installed DIMM as follows:

Press down the locking lever on either side of the DIMM (
