The output includes the following information: 
Logical line over Mct3 vc qos stats
Name
User-defined name for the logical line. 
Slot/Conn/Chan/Index
Identifies the slot, DS3 connector, DS1 channel, and the 
index for this line instance. 
The index ranges from 1 to 24 (for T1) and 1 to 31 (for 
E1). This number differentiates multiple logical lines 
configured on the same DS1. 
Queue/Dlci
The name of the queue from the Service Package, and 
the number of the frame relay DLCI.
RxBelowCIR 
Packets/Octets/Tx Packets
Number of packets/octets received below the committed 
information rate (CIR), and number of Tx packets 
transmitted.
RxAboveCIR 
Packets/Octets/Tx Drops
Number of packets/octets received that exceeded the 
CIR, but were within the allocated burst rate (BR), and 
number of packets that should have been transmitted, but 
that were dropped due to lack of buffering resources.
RxAboveBR 
Packets/Octets/Tx Octets
Number of packets/octets received that exceeded the 
allocated BR and number of octets transmitted.
