The Memory Stick Micro™ (M2™) supplied 
with your phone contains a wide variety of Try 
and Buy applications for business and 
entertainment uses. It also includes 
information on how to purchase the 
applications. You can remove the pre-stored 
applications from the Memory Stick™ to free 
up storage space.

The Memory Stick™ 
provides extra 
storage space where 
you can store photos, 
music, applications, 
documents, and so 
forth.

To insert the Memory 
Stick™, open the 
cover, then insert it into the slot.

To release the Memory Stick™, press its edge, 
then release it.

Important: Do not remove a 'busy' Memory 
Stick™. This may cause the phone to hang or 
damage the file system on the Memory Stick™.

You can rename and format Memory Sticks, as 
well as organize data copied to and from them. 
See File Manager on page 54.
