Slide the metal sleeve over the tray, starting from the rear, until 
you feel the sleeve mate with the plastic front-panel.

Place the plastic rear-panel over the rear of the tray. Take care to 
align the vent-holes on the panel with the vent-holes on the rear of 
the tray. Insert all four screws and tighten them with your 
screw-driver.

Plug your drive in and power it on using the quick start guide 
instructions. Initialize and format your new blank* drive using 
these guides which are available at www.CavalryStorage.com/
manuals.aspx :
