Power Management
The Power Management page allows you to enable the power saving feature and set the inactivity
delay before the machine enters power-saving mode.

At your Workstation, open the web browser, enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the

Press Enter.

Click on the Properties tab.
4.
If required, enter the Administrator’s User Name admin and Password 1111, and click OK button.
5.
Click on the General Setup link.
6.
Click on the Power Management link in the directory tree. The Power Management page displays.
7.
From the drop down menu, Enable power saving by selecting On.

From the drop down menu, select the time the machine should remain inactive for before going
into power-saving mode.

Click Apply to save changes.
Billing and Counters
The Internet Services Billing Information page displays the total number of impressions printed by the
device. The usage Counters page shows you the number of impressions and images sent by the
machine.

The Billing and Usage Counter may also be viewed via the LUI (Menu button).

The Billing Information page provides current and previous readings of the entire set of machine

Click on the Refresh button to view the current billing information in the Total Impressions area.
Billing Meter
The Billing Meter area shows the date and number of impressions that were notified to the Xerox
Communication Server.
