Replacing the printhead
If the printhead becomes damaged or worn, the print quality deteriorates, as
evidenced by persistent appearances of irregular or missing dots on prints,
even after executing printhead cleaning several times. If this happens,
replace the printhead with a new one. To obtain a new printhead, contact
your dealer or Tektronix and order part number 118-9120-00.
