Before You Begin Troubleshooting

Note the following safety tips before you begin troubleshooting and checking for possible 
hardware, software and printer maintenance issues.

Note

Do not use tools or sharp objects to clear paper jams since this may damage the 
printer.

Note

Do not touch the bottom surface of the imaging drum. Touching these surfaces 
may damage them.
